This was fun. The future of Manhattan's core is interesting, cause obviously there won't be a return to normal for office life in the way that going to a Knicks game returned. Still curious why isn't actually more vision beyond office space into housing, feels like a new mayor could really run with a New Manhattan vision. However I guess Hochul suggesting that Brooklyn to Queens train says where there is real political energy nowadays.

Trump *will* be indicted in Georgia for election interference. Whether he shows up to be arrested or is ever extradited is hard to say.

It would be hard to run a presidential campaign though while fighting extradition holed up in Florida and Governor Brian Kemp does not have the power in Georgia to pardon him.
