Lies and misinformation and little level of competence including testing and contact tracing and even covering up positive cases according to rank and file reports. And not much faith in Mulgrew either. But I do get the political line he has to walk as Educational industrial complex gears up to use this crisis to attack public schools and gut teacher unions. Utla and ctu are run by left wing groups similar to MORE because they have more democratic structures unlike the UFT which has been run by the same party since its founding in 1960.
